Fudo believes that Phenom IIs coming in February will be coming at 2.5 to 2.7Ghz. They are all 95W TDP CPUs and they can support both DDR2 1066 and DDR3 1333, and even faster when overclocking is in the game. Four out of six are quad-cores based on Deneb, but it looks like 2.5 and 2.6GHz iterations will have a total of 6MB L2+L3 cache while the top two at 2.6GHz and 2.8GHz will have the full 8MB.
