Asus HD4890 Voltage Tweak Edition

Take a GPU that is already capable of a 950 Mhz speed (overclocked) without tweaking the voltage and add a little voltage to it and you could be looking at 1 GHz core speed bragging rights. That little advantage that enthusiasts look for without all the convolutions to get it.
