Antec showcases P1000 case at CES
DV Hardware — One of the more interesting cases AnandTech spotted at CES 2009 last week is the P1000 from Antec, this case has a metal structure with fancy plastic sheets. There are handlebars on all four corners to improve handling and the reporter says the surface feels rough instead of smooth. The venting concept seems to be very cool and we are looking forward to testing it. The front is totally closed and the air comes in through the large openings on the sides. DV Hardware — AnandTech has published an overview of some of the more interesting computer cases, coolers and power supplies they spotted at CES 2009 last week. You can check it out over here. There was a difference at year's CES: fewer companies with coolers, chassis, and power supplies were actually on the show floor and more in suites around the Strip. This is why we have toured hotel suites for the first couple of days and didn't even come close to the actual show floor until Saturday.
