ECS A790GXM-A Motherboard
What is better, an inexpensive model from a company that offers a complete range of products, including those High-End models for over $300, or a relatively expensive well-rigged model from a manufacturer that specializes in Low-End? On the one hand, large (and lazier) companies often don't have ...

Even though this is a pretty nice looking motherboard, I would purchase a motherboard from a more reputable company that has stability associated with its name.

DriverHeaven.net — ... properties, especially in market segments that do not promise high profits. For example, ASUS published a lot of reports, in which motherboards were not the main source of income at all (it's notebooks), even though this company can boast of the widest range of gaming motherboards with extraordinary features and prices. However, despite these reports, ASUS remains the largest motherboard supplier and releases mainstream models on all new chipsets. ____________ Review: Digit-Life ...

DarkVision Hardware Articles and Review from around the web — ... This motherboard would have been almost a perfect choice in its class but for the tainted impression from its overclocking. As for the AMD 790GX chipset itself, we'll continue testing it in other motherboards. But our first impressions are very good so far: we've managed to raise performance to a noticeably higher level, and the power consumption has become even lower. That is, we've got what we were promised. Link: Digit Life

ECS A790GXM-A Review
AMDZone Frontpage — Digit Life has reviewed the ECS A790GXM-A. This motherboard would have been almost a perfect choice in its class but for the tainted impression from its overclocking. It would be great to see eSATA on the rear panel and have the COM port replaced with DVI. ...
