... here. Considering the rated sustainted read speed of 1,500MB/s and write speed of 1,400MB/s one has to wonder what Fusion-io has done. The ioDrive Duo is available from April in capacities of 160, 320 and 640GB with the 1.28TB drive coming out sometime in the second half of the year. All drives use either a PCI Express 1.0 x8 or a PCI Express 2.0 x4 interface to connect to the host system. No pricing has been revealed, but expect them to be expensive.
