Image Just $99, and hardly worth it Guangzhou-based SkyTone is offering the Alpha 680, a $99 Android-based netbook, but if you're starting to think it's a bargain, you're in for a surprise. It's based on the ARM11 CPU at 533 MHz, has 128MB of DDR2 and 1GB of Flash storage. The vendor claims it can cope with MPEG1/2/4,WMV9 and H.263,H.264. On the bright side, it has a swivel touch screen, although it's just a 7-inch 800x480 panel reminiscent of the one used on the first gen Eee PC 701.
