The Intel Atom is getting an upgrade. Well more of a speed bump than an upgrade. Intel is bumping the speed of the Atom up to 2.0GHz at only 2.4 Watts. Intel has been plugging the new Atoms (the Z5xx) for some time now saying they are great as they are, but it looks like they could not resist the urge to get more out of them.
