    Both very nice motherboards, but at this time, I think people should wait for Nehalem/Core i7 (unless they are wanting to build a computer right now). The RAM and processors from these motherboards will not be compatible with anything but LGA775 based motherboards so it is a waste to spend this much and have the socket die on you.
