Sony Announces Vaio X Slim Ultraportable
techPowerUp! — ... hardware. The hardware apparently lets the machine go on for a day without hitting the wall [socket]. Other features observed are two USB ports, SD/Memory Stick slot and gigabit Ethernet. The only video-out option looks to be D-Sub at the moment. This 11.1" laptop has a carbon fiber enclosure, it weighs just a pound and a half and is impressively thin.
