I wrote on Monday about Truphone, which uses VOIP to turn an iPod Touch into a sorta-iPhone. But it's also revamped the iPhone version of its app, adding low-cost international calls, even when not connected via wi-fi, and finally inbound Truphone iPhone calls.

Truphone, which I've written about twice recently, announced Tuesday at Macworld that it was adding the ability to make and receive Skype calls to its iPhone / iPod Touch application, as well as adding support for Twitter, Google Talk, MSN Messenger, and Yahoo Messenger.
