WD has an 808.8GB hard drive
Fudzilla — ... Series drive with 500GB platters, and it spins between 5400-7200RPM. As the 500GB tech is rather low, WD is apparently disabling parts of the platters and the drive ends up with 808GB instead of 1000GB. This shouldn't worry you, as it still comes with a 3-year warranty and for $79 it sounds like a fair deal. So far the new drive is only avaialable in China, and it's not listed on WD. Apparetly you'll also get an Audi TT toy car in the bundle. Odlly, it's the old Audi TT mk.1. More here .
