Overclockers Club news Feed — ... In October, Blizzard announced that its mammoth MMORPG, World of Warcraft (WoW), reached the 11 million subscriber mark. Just two months later, Blizzard has announced that the number is now up to 11.5 million subscribers worldwide. Blizzard was helped by the recently-released expansion pack, The Wrath of the Lich King, which saw 2.8 million copies fly off the shelves within the first 24 hours of availability, and over 4 million since that November 13, 2008 release.
