Kingston is launching their new HyperX Triple Channel kits for the upcoming i7/X58 platform today. The 3GB kits will ship first with 6GB kits following shortly. Speed ranges for the HyperX family will range from 1375MHz up to 2000MHz. The triple channel ValueRAM kits will be available immediately in 1066/1333MHz speed bins in both 3GB and 6GB capacities. Kingston Technology just issed a press release announcing their new HyperX Triple Channel Memory kits for Intel's Core i7/X58 platform. Kingston has achieved 2GHz in its triple-channel kits using the ASUS P6T Deluxe motherboard and to prove that they have Kingston has posted a video to YouTube showing the kit and results. Kingston was able to reach the 2GHz threshold with its KHX16000D3K3/3GX part, which will retail for $334 for the 3GB kit.

In preparation for Intel's impending Core i7 launch, the California-based memory specialist has announced an entire range of tri-channel solutions designed for X58 motherboards and raised the performance bar to 2,000MHz. Kingston's 3GB HyperX DDR3 2GHz memory - priced at around 205 - supports Intel's XMP (Extreme Memory Profile) and meets Core i7's 1.65 voltage recommendation.
